Building out in Western Sydney on a 600m2 block, however at the back fence there is a "Proposed Easement To Drain Water." Now I discussed it with the agent and how it will effect the future installment of a pool.. they advised that it will not be a problem as the pool pavement can cover this just make sure the pipe is covered by concrete.. Can anyone confirm whether this is indeed true ?? Experiences will be a great help!!.. I wouldn't see a problem with the pool paving over the easement however. THe one thing I do see a problem with is the pool structure itself in relationship to the pipe.
