I think I am going to get the built in BBQ to replace an existing built in one that is a little rusted (from exposure to the elements). We also have a portable BBQ, but the issue I find with that is where to store it exactly. The area isn't all that large, so we generally have it sitting outside the kitchen window, but then it gets smoky inside. Also, because the paving where we have the portable BBQ has a slight slope for drainage, then the oil on the BBQ plates tends to always pool at one end. Not a massive deal, but it isn't great either.
