Re: Large BBQ Recommendations 4Feb 16, 2009 10:53 pm If you're only going to be roasting small, get a coal Weber like the One-Touch Silver Plus model. Then have an additional 4 burner gas bbq separate, because those rotisseries are horrible from experience. We had a BBQ similar to that one, but got rid of it, and purchased a spit-rotisserie (about $1000.00 off ebay), but can hold maybe 50kg of meat. Each Christmas we do turkey, pork and lamb on it. Works a treat, little offtopic but eh Just my two cents anyway Re: Large BBQ Recommendations 5Feb 17, 2009 6:17 am Ideas from a SA mob :

I couldn't see many extraction fans in that lot Re: Large BBQ Recommendations 7Feb 19, 2009 6:42 am Hi everyone
Related to these type of outdoor kitchens. What fridges do people on here recommend? I guess they would have to be stainless steel (at least at the front). Am thinking about a wine type fridge and a beer type fridge (2 of them). Vintec make stuff like this but it is quite expensive, does anyone else have any suggestions on what we should take a look at? thanks Flaksy Re: Large BBQ Recommendations 8Feb 24, 2009 8:30 am An Australian company called Sunco makes great BBQs.
