Options for noisy patio

G'day!

I'm looking for options to try and cut noise down in my patio. I'd like to avoid building another fence so looking at options or anything I can do to retrofit.

One dividing fence is shared with a neighbours patio and as my living room opens to my patio I get quite a bit of noise when they are outside enjoying their space. I also get some traffic noise from a main road thats 100m away from the back fence (this doesn't bother me as much as the noise from the neighbours do). Both fences are colorbond.

I'm getting a landscaper and a patio guy to spruce the courtyard up for me but I wanted to get some advice on any options I might have to help with the noise. I am planning to get a water feature to help drown it out a bit and I'm thinking if I can close the gap between my patio roof and the neighbours dividing fence that should help a bit.
