Michelle the problem is that the outdoor version of the tile I have selected for our living areas, is an absolute bugger to clean. It has something applied to it , which you can't see, but can feel. This is what provides the grip. But I've dirtied it, scuffed it.....to see if it can be cleaned and it needs quite a lot of scrubbing. Even then, it's not perfectly clean !
I mean.... I'm by no means anal about cleaning. But I'm just envisioning hard-to-remove food stains, bird poo, oil, etc....accumulating over years of use. A most unattractive prospect.
Who designs these tiles?? Obviously not the gender who has to clean them. Grrrrr
You and a few others, I imagine
Unfortunately….yes your right!
Men……
By the way who designs vacuum cleaners…..men, they never push the things, I hate mine and every other one I have had, and swear at men every time I use it!
Go right away from the original tile, and make a feature of the landing. I have done many rooms with flowing landings in the same colour, but if you having a problem with the tiles, you need to start thinking in another direction.
