I am just about finish up my knockdown build (Sydney, NSW) and needs to do fencing replaced on one of the sides. That side neighbor is a troublemaker (complaining to my construction supervisor on just about everything during the build) and was not cooperative when I tried to talk to them to have the fencing done.
I have a few questions.
- Do I need to get neighbor agreement or notify them if I am not seeking cost share?
- What is the notification process if I must do so?
- Do I need prior agreement to ask for cost share?
