Browse Forums Outdoor Living 1 Jan 06, 2021 6:23 pm Hi all, I'm doing a deck with help of tradie. Deck will be on concrete and grass. See attached pics. We will lay joists every 400mm and we will use 90mm x 45mm is 400mm distance enough? We will also use noggins. Basic math tells me we need 15 pines of 4.4m lengths. Decking boards will go longer ways so from sliding door to fence side. That means joists will go other way. How many concrete posts should we have in pink area?
