I have had a look at various websites including some legislation but unsure about some of the pool fencing rules applicable to NSW.
We want to use our house as part of the safety boundary for the pool (neither the pool or the new part of the house are built yet - in design phase). There will not be any house doors opening onto the pool obviously, but there will be windows in the house that look out on to the pool. Is this allowed:
a: if the windows are just solid glass and can not be opened at all
b can be opened but have a child lock - key lock basically
c can be opened but do not have a child lock.
There will be a drop of about 1m from the bottom of the window to the pool area. Basically the kitchen sink will be on the inside of the house where the window is?
