Cabinetry after handover

Hi all! I am hoping to have my cabinetry in kitchen, and bathroom etc after handover. I am hoping to look for better stones for the benchtop and looking into colourtech for cabinetry without builders margin. My builder will be installing tiles on the area and was wondering if this would be an issue after handover?

I read from the forum that some people actually had asked for a sink and a two cabinet bench top with no other fit out to full fill certificate of occupancy.

Looking forward to any insights!!!
