It is a country style kitchen and I thought the Tasmanian Oak might look nice. Also plan to have Caesarstone benchtops but not sure of which colour yet. I have no idea what Polytech doors are but I found a website for Polytec though not sure if it's the same. We were in the same dilemma sometime ago - Ours was giving tassie oak or vinyl wrap from polytec - The same what you had found http://www.polytec.com.au We decided with timber finally Our logic was vinyl wrap - looked great but with heat and light there were issues and seems to be based on supplier and other details - so played it safe and chose timber. I have attached a photo from the display home. The cupboards in the display home were a timber look Polytech and looked ok but since there is no extra for Tassie Oak I thought it would be better.
