They all come in odd sizes and needing to customize ...
Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Just the shelves.. as some are warped, and also cracked ... Re: Replacing internal cabinet shelves 4Dec 14, 2018 2:54 pm If they are adjustable shelves it's very easy. Just remove the shelves, measure them up and ask a small cabinet maker to cut and edge some new ones then re-install. If they are fixed shelves then you will have a struggle as they will be nailed and screwed from the outside so no easy way to remove. That's assuming the cabinets are the modern style with individual carcass boxes and not the old style where the cabinets included door mullions. The sink cupboard may involve removing the sink plumbing to fit a new shelf.
