Typically how many soft close runners do installers use on drawers - just one side or a pair per drawer?
Also, how many soft close hinges do installers use per cupboard door - just one or both top and bottom (or more for larger doors)?
What did they do at your place?

Softclose runners are sold as a pair. You cant buy them individually. You can but cheap nasty add ons but stay away from them.
Every hinge I use is softclose. It has a small latch that allows you to turn the softclose on or off. This allows you to control how fast the door closes.
