Congrats on a job well done! I have always wanted my own cold room but I am not too sure about my ability to handle the insulation and ventilation portion. I guess I would rather seek professional help on this project instead of having to suffer from leakage problems in the future and let my produce go to waste instead. I've chosen to go with a similar solution and it's working out just perfect. Additionally, I've "installed" storage containers and I'm using labels for marking them. I was afraid that it could look kinda childish (I'm a neat freak so I need everything to be tidy) but I'm printing them (I'm using Rhino label tapes and it looks very nice) and it turned out to be a great addition.
