My house will never see the hand of a child on any kitchen cabinet, and I take pretty good care of my things. Having said that, my rangehood is 86cm but doesn't pull out. Are we talking like 5 years? 10 years? [/url] It doesn't actually have anything to do with kids or how well you look after it. Vinyl is applied under heat and pressure. Any heat source can eventually effect the vinyl making it bubble, shrink and peel away. This typically happens around ovens, cooktops and overhead doors above cooktops, toasters and kettles. Google it and you will see there has been so many problems with it. Sure its better than it used to be but I actively steer my customers away from it as I don't want to have to deal with the warranty problems!!
