Building a house at the moment and thinking of getting a Whispair Monte Carlo 2010 m3/hr rangehood (http://www.whispair.com.au/#!monte-carl ... 09s3/c15fe) and a Highland 98.5cm 6 burners gas cooktop (http://media.wix.com/ugd/d71382_ab9ec03 ... 1cc7e0.pdf). The reason for picking the 300mm deep rangehood is to give the kitchen a seamless look.
I do do some heavy cookings at times. Im wondering if the 300mm deep undermount rangehood is sufficient to extract smokes and odours, given the cooktop is much deeper and slightly wider than the rangehood.
Can anyone with a standard depth (300mm) undermount rangehood with a standard depth (600mm) cooktop comment on this? Will it work?
