Hi ...we have just late last week had our new kitchen installed, apart from the stone benchtops which we are waiting on. I am over the moon about it and loving the look of the new kitchen. We opted for a diagonal corner pantry, because we like them and it seemed the best option for the space we had.
I'm not unhappy at all that we went with a diagonal but I think the shelving they have supplied is a little too deep. There are 5 shelves and they are 430mm deep which I feel is too deep and I'm sure I'll end up losing things in the back, especially in the corner. For those who have a diagonal corner pantry, what is the depth of your shelves. Or, what is considered a good workable depth for shelving in a corner pantry. I want them to be the same depth all the way around. I'm thinking of asking the cabinet maker to cut them back by 100mm to 330mm. Does this sound a more reasonable depth or would I regret it?
Any feedback is welcome
Thanks
