This property is currently tenanted out and we will be moving in and commencing renos in May this year. Ive attached a photo of the current kitchen below. We plan to rip up the existing tiles in the kitchen area (and carpet throughout the house) to sand/stain the cypress pine floors, replace the existing stone benchtops (horrible blue colour), and spray the existing cupboards in a satin white finish as they are only about 4 years old and in great condition. What order would you complete the works? 1. Replace benchtops? 2. Spray cupboards? 3. Paint kitchen walls? 4. Flooring I know theres no right answer, but keen to hear your thoughts!
