Keep 'em coming...... But...I was serious Paula Re: Where to find this sink? 29Jul 21, 2008 8:15 pm I've gone the opposite way - I'm having 2 round sinks, with no drainer at all - because a) - I want more of my QQ showing b) - it looks better, and c)- I never use the drainer......perhaps doing that dishwasher thing... oh, and having the butler's pantry with a sink in there I just don't think I'll need it! Solidarity, not solidity.......The Lexicon of Life Re: Where to find this sink? 30Jul 21, 2008 10:48 pm Petal, I'm doing similar. I'm having two round sinks and no drainer out on the island bench. In the pantry there is the standard double sink and drainer. I went the whole hog and put the dishwasher in the pantry as well.
Result? No dirty dishes or draining dishes out in the kitchen. EVER!! Everything dirty goes in the pantry to be put into the dishwasher or washed and left to drain in there. The kitchen is for cooking and preparation only. When not in use, the kitchen will be clean. Not for everyone. but it will work for me! I leave you to fend for yourself, figure things out yourself. If it's any consolation, I can only afford this cos I'm building with my mother! I've never owned my only place only rented. I'd trade my mother and the fancy stuff we can afford for something truly my own any day! Sorry mum. Congratulations on your purchase! Jo I leave you to fend for yourself, figure things out yourself.
