Hi all
Here are our kitchen selections:

Bench - caeserstone pure concrete
Splash - quantum Quartz carrera Quartz
Island front and drawers - polytec ravine in bleached walnut (little unsure about the faux wood, our floors are blackbutt but our colour person said go for it..)
Cabinetry - Haymes "marble mist" (looks grey here but it's a warm off white, just white with a touch of colour).
Our pantry is along the back wall, 2 x 450mm and almost a "step in"'.
It has a laminex bench top inside running at the same height as kitchen bench for appliances.
Considering what it would be like to have the pantry internals a dark colour. To show less smudges?? Was inspired by a post on here. Not sure if it's wise though it will reflect less light? Make it harder to see what's inside? It will have downlights triggered by the door opening.
What are all your thoughts? It would obviously contrast the rest of the kitchen which is light and bright, though only when door open of course.. Is this a silly idea? Anyone have pics of this?
