Hope that helps you out a little bit. Nicole cream flash gloss or pearl bisque 22Aug 26, 2008 9:40 am Nicole,
Thanks so much for all the trouble you went through. I do appreciate it. So many options to choose from. Not sure whether to go with cashmere or mink benchtops with the pearl bisque cupboards and the latte splashback. If I go with cashmere then I would introduce the espresso highlights. Aaargh, too many choices! Are you having a 20 or 40mm benchtop? Sahana Re: Cream Flash gloss OR Pearl Bisque???? Last minute change!!! 23Aug 26, 2008 9:46 am No trouble at all! I totally understand how you are feeling. It can be quite overwhelming, especially if you're very fussy like I am. I just want mine to be PERFECT! (Like everyone I guess)
My bench is 20mm. I am doing a shadowline under it for extra effect. Re: Cream Flash gloss OR Pearl Bisque???? Last minute change!!! 28Mar 08, 2009 11:35 am We went with Pearl bisque too, but with Essa Platinum bench, and stipple seal glass splashback, and oyster linea feature cupboards. Looking forward to seeing more of your photos! Re: Cream Flash gloss OR Pearl Bisque???? Last minute change!!! 30Mar 09, 2009 7:12 pm Nikster,
The kitchen looks beautiful and what a great splashback! Knock 'em dead!!!Why bother with glass when you can get such a great effect with tiles. Did you use matching grout? It's hard to tell from the photo but overall does the kitchen look cream /off white or does it look a darker colour like a light beige? If possible it would be great to see any close photos. Thanks so much for posting. Sahana Re: Cream Flash gloss OR Pearl Bisque???? Last minute change!!! 31Mar 09, 2009 7:45 pm Hi, I'm not nickster, but we have also used 'pearl bisque' and I have found that it does tend to lean more to beige. I was wanting a 'pearl white' for my kitchen but could not find what I was wanting at colour selection, so went for the pearl bisque. It has a similar effect to what I was trying to achieve, but I still would have preferred a pearl white.
I have some close ups, I'll post for you: The Overheads and underbench cupboards at the back are 'pearl bisque', the back panels of the breakfast bar are 'pepperdust'.
