Browse Forums Kitchen Corner 1 Apr 26, 2015 9:29 pm Hi all, This is my very first post on the forum My husband and I are building our first home together with a local builder. We have had our preliminary plans drawn up which are mostly great but I'm not sure about the kitchen/pantry layout. Not so keen on the cooktop in the island bench, would prefer a free standing stove. Happy to change the internal layout to this area including the console recess but the outline needs to stay the same. The block faces East. Does anyone have any ideas to improve the layout or have something similar in their home? Thanks in advance!
