Dropped in to masters today to check out the sinks. Spoke to one of the guys in their kitchen department who told me he is a cabinet maker by trade and also worked as a stone/marble bench installer too. Apparently the masters range of Principal sinks are actually supplied by Hafele, which makes me feel a lot better about buying one. And yep - have thought about how much water (we are on rain water so definitely a consideration). We have a dishwasher though so for the most part this will be used mostly for odd washing up of pots/oven trays and bench cleaning etc. Plan on getting a couple of smaller ikea container thingers that I can use to do small washing up with inside the sink where necessary.
