Call out fee $75 + $40 for first 15 minutes, reducing to $35 for next 15 minutes etc. Plus parts, of course. Also they are the only ones who replace the filters at a cost of $150 after 6000 litres has been used. After that the unit just stops! They won't just sell you a filter either. I wonder if that is anti-competitive behaviour? Depends how much direct sun it gets. Is there any shading (eaves or trees)?
