Yes, I did mean a 40mm thickened edge. Our bench top will over hang the bench by approx 300mm on one long and one short side of the bench to enable us to put stools under. Will this type of edge still work (we definitely do not want waterfall)? What does this type of edge look like from underneath? Many thanks Normally when you have a bar overhang they just double it up as the stone should cover the full overhang. It gets very messy when you try to mitre this side.
