Currently planning the details or our kitchen reno and wondering what depth we should go for our drawers.
We will have 1 bank of 900mm under our wide bench where we would like to keep cutlery, adult plates/bowels, kids plates/bowels/cups and baking things (eg scales, measuring cups, jugs). Then we will have another 900mm bank under our gas cooktop where we would like to keep the cooking utentisls, pots and pans.
Would people suggest all 3 the same size, 2 small and 1 large, 1 small and 2 large? Or one kitchen person I spoke with said you could do 3 externally the same, but have an extra internal drawer inside the top cutlery drawer? Not sure what size the internal would work out to, does anyone have something like that?
Would love to hear what works for others, what the measurements work out to, and pics would be great too!
