Hi All,
I'm trying to make some decisions around appliances for our new kitchen.
We're currently looking at building with a company that offers an ARC brand 900mm under bench oven and 900mm gas cooktop as standard in their kitchens.
I run a home baking business so need a good quality oven, I'm currently looking at a Neff Slide N Hide 60cm wall oven.

We hope to modify our plan to look very similar to this:

Through the wee door I will have a largish scullery with it's own small sink, and as I make a lot of italian meringue (sugar and water heated to a syrup then added to eggwhites) I would like to add a 30cm hotplate to this area in close proximity to my mixer. The scullery will essentially become my business kitchen, although the oven will be in the main kitchen.
I'm now a bit stuck as to whether we stick with the appliances offered by the builder, or upgrade the whole lot. It is possible that I will need to use both ovens, so getting 2 60cm ovens is an option (mounting them either vertically or horizontally as per this plan)
The Neff range is quite pricey, and I'm going to have to get a different brand 30cm hotplate anyway as they don't make one.
I think if I have 2 wall ovens they need to be similar, but if I went for an upgraded 90cm oven it wouldn't matter as much.
What would you do?
We need to potentially purchase
60cm quality baking oven
30cm hotplate (probably electric to save running 2 gas connections in)
second oven (60cm or 90cm)
90cm hot plate
rangehood (to be mounted under overhead cupboards
Any recommendations on brands/models/packages and what would you do about the oven sizes?
