Browse Forums Kitchen Corner 1 May 13, 2014 2:47 pm The original flick mixer in the kitchen started leaking. Grub screw wouldn't undo so went to Bunnings to get a replacement $28 flick mixer. Seems to be the same size at the base as the original, but when I look at it from underneath I can see the o-ring and no matter how I re-adjust the placement, the o-ring will be partly visible. I assume the o-ring should be fully making contact on the top of the sink. My questions: are the flickmixers different diameter sizes depending on the cartridge size? is there a standard sink hole diameter and should the flickmixer (35 or 40 mm) be purchased according to that diameter? Also, when I mention 35 or 40mm, I mean the cartridge size as that appears to be the way of differentiating the two sizes available. that will depend on the kitchen bench depth. you'll have to specify it so it allows for both the tap and the sink 1 7377 7 5136 Brass or 2) Stainless steel made - which Kitchen tap is good for drinking.Brass kitchen taps in Australia contain lead… 0 6714 |
