He said in his cancellation email that we were aggressive and using intimidation tactics and that he recommended we do not attempt to contact him with further intimidation. For anyone who knows me personally that is laughable. I swear he is stating those things because he can use them against me later on down the track... They also seem to just be a another person to tell them to pay up but don't really have any backing behind it. ..will look into the small claims tribunal as i think it's going to require something a bit more legal! My guess he has done this before and knows the in and outs of the proceedings coming up. A lot of companies do not use dress panels underneath as these are often an optional extra. Good Luck and people like this need to be outed to everyone so it doesn't keep happening, causers a bad reputation through industries. The gap can be adjusted so it's tighter.
