Browse Forums Kitchen Corner 1 Sep 12, 2013 1:47 pm Any one looked in to microwaves? Lets say the only restriction i have now is the cabinet has a 600W, by 450H cut out of the microwave with a depth of around 550. Id like the best microwave i can get that is going to have a long life and features i will actually use. I had wanted a built in one, but most of them either are a bit small or need lots of ventalation out the back. Really appreciate any recommendations. Really, that's not my impression. You can also just buy a standard microwave and put a trim kit around it. Looks almost as good as a built in one. Good idea but what are the chances of getting one with a trim kit that fits the exact dimensions of the OP's opening? Re: Microwave Help 4Sep 17, 2013 6:44 am AJW Good idea but what are the chances of getting one with a trim kit that fits the exact dimensions of the OP's opening? Quite good as 450x600 is a very standard size!!!! I fitted two last week with these dimensions! Its also not hard if required to trim a little bit of the doors above or the drawer front below. I've bought a house 2 and a bit years ago and last year we had some major water damage on a converted pergola area… 0 7925 Yes, unless you are in a low intensity rainfall area or the area is protected from rain. Do you have access to NCC Part 2 or can you download it? I can email you a copy… 10 12462 Thankyou so much 😀 I've decided on White on white for doors and trims, White on white 50% on ceiling and Mt buller for walls. Fingers crossed it will look OK 😀 2 7143 |
