So I am heading back to the cabinet maker tomorrow with a sketch of what I would like.
If I keep the same number of cupboard doors, sets of drawers, overheads etc but change where they currently are situated, is it dumb to think the price won't change?
My kitchen is all straight lines with only 1 corner. The actual layout doesn't change at all, just the position of the oven and the fact they will be side by side instead of stacked - but that should remove some of the stone and glass so cost should hopefully be neutral.
Here is a pic of the layout:

Sorry, I can't log into my account and post the other image link.
I'm thinking of going with Polytec Polar White Sheen with Quantum Quartz reflections stone and a charcoal metallic grey glass splashback.
I'd like to do something on the back of the island bench but can't afford glass and if I put another laminate in there, it doesn't tie in with anything else! So no idea what to do there!!
Thanks for your help. Anyone else can feel free to chip in with advice! I'm all ears.
