Mine will be white above and below, mainly because they will get touched a lot (electric opening) and I feel the painted finish will wear better than the wood veneer... so I've colour blocked instead (full height veneer cabinets to side, adjoining white drawers/overheads). As far as only coming across a few with different coloured top cabinets, I've seen plenty. As it's set back in depth from any adjoining cabinetry, you have the opportunity to treat it separately to surrounding cabinetry. I really like designs that use the overheads as a feature. For me it would have to be a vast difference to the base colour to be a feature though, not similar. Hi, Can anyone give me approx. price for overhead cupboards.
