Browse Forums Kitchen Corner 1 May 06, 2013 12:33 am Hi all I have become a bit of a forum junkie lately with so many ideas running through my head - and I was wondering - who did you get to install your big Falcon stove? We are having the 110cm induction version in our new house - and I'm not sure whether a standard eletrician is OK - or are they a bit tricky... would love some feedback so I can be organised when the time comes - thanks Building the "Symphony Grande" with Masterton Homes If I ever remember to update it - check out my blog http://fernadell.blogspot.com.au/ Re: Who do I get to install my Falcon induction stove??? 2May 06, 2013 1:00 am Hi we have a falcon classic and we used a friend who is an electrician. We had to upgrade the electricity running to the stove to be a 6mm instead of a 4mm ( whatever that means) because our falcon has two ovens. From what I can gather the stove is always on a separate circuit but the circuit was not big enough for the falcon we have. It took quite a while because he had to run a new wire. In our new build we will be asking the builder to put in 6mm to start. Hope this helps Re: Who do I get to install my Falcon induction stove??? 3May 06, 2013 6:38 pm Back Pocket Hi we have a falcon classic and we used a friend who is an electrician. I had a 110 in my previous house. We had a blanco installed by the builder in this house and we had repeated issues apart from the fact we had 3 oven seals replaced in 18 months! Threw it out and replaced with a falcon. Best thing I ever did! Wonderful to cook with and in. Currently saving up for a falcon in the new house! Happy you got it sorted out. cheers Simeon 6 7525 I think the proposal that a supply and demand curve are a natural law are well exaggerated. Wages never seem to follow this curve, and also prices for supply are sticky… 18 20161 Go to an actual paint store, not bunnings. Dulux even have trade centers. Don't have to be a trade to but their paint. 1 14035 |
