I have a question about colours for our kitchen's splashback.
We have satin poly doors in an Antique White (ie, off-white/creamy) and Caesarstone Almond Rocca benches. Want to tile the splash-back. We're thinking of just a plain, slightly textured white tile to maximise light, but trying a white tile against it I'm worried it might make the splash-back "jump out" a bit too much. Would that happen?
We're thinking of either a diamond pattern using 100x100 tiles, or stretcher bond pattern using rectangular tiles. No border or feature tiles, as most of the splash-back will be 450mm high.
Any suggestions?
