Browse Forums Kitchen Corner 1 Jan 29, 2013 11:08 am Coming close to prestart time and im thinking I should go handless on the overheads. I feel like theres too many handles everywhere. Help me choose what looks best please Heres a mock up a friend did. Don't think the overheads on oven tower will actually line up with fridge ones etc. But you get the general idea Option 1 Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Option 2 Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Option 3 Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Help handles or not? {poll} 4Jan 29, 2013 12:53 pm I voted 3 because THAT looks the best...However in my kitchen I had the same dilemma and am having horizontal handles on the overheads simply because I am a shortie and my cupboards are low sheen and I dont want to be getting fingermarks everywhere that i have to clean...I have tried in the kitchen place myself opening and closing the doors without handles and it is impossible to do without touching them (ok to open but not to close)... If I had to choose, I'd probably stick with 1. Definitely not 2. Building the Riva by Dale Alcock Homes. If that helps Re: Help handles or not? {poll} 8Jan 29, 2013 3:22 pm Voted 3 although my own kitchen is 1, now I'm not sure if I've done the right thing argh Re: Help handles or not? {poll} 9Jan 29, 2013 4:04 pm Option 3!!! ETA: mine will be option 1 probably too SB and I wish if thought of this too but oh well. Pretty sure we are going option 3 after I showed hubby last night Re: Help handles or not? {poll} 17Jan 30, 2013 6:36 pm I like 3 - which is what we have - however we don't have handles on the bottom either (so I guess that makes us Opt 4 ) - ours went in yesterday and going to try and get photo's tomorrow morning if I can. Our last house had handles on the top and I never actually used them to close the doors anyway - always still closed using the door.... that's just me though. Good Luck - either way the layout looks lovely!
