Looking at installing kitchen splashback oursevles if pre-start price is more than $1750 (quotes ranged between $1000 - $1300). This would mean doing it after handover.
If this is the case, if we wanted to put glass "behind" the canopy range hood and flume section it would mean we would need to remove rangehood and then put it back up again after glass has been installed.
How difficult is it for a person to remove and re-install rangehood? Would a pro need to do this or could an average DIY person do it?
Worst case scenario is I just have the one long strip under the rangehood and leave the top section just painted wall but would prefer it all done.
