I know it's not really kitchen, but as we are looking at having wall hung bedside tables made, though would ask here to see if it was even possible.
I'm looking at two bedside tables, about 450mm wide, 350mm deep and 200mm high, single drawer, push to open style. As we will likely have off-cuts of CS, was thinking of using a piece of the above size, 30mm thick (all our CS is 30mm) as the top, with gloss laminate for the carcass (drawer can either be melamine or steel). The wall it is to be attached to is a Gyprock blade wall that has been reinforced structurally with a piece of beam rated to support the roof (hardwood, 50mm thick, 250mm high) for mounting the drawer.
Is it possible to do so, and I'm also wondering about costs. Space Furniture has steel wall hung drawers that will work, although they are a bit narrow for our space, and they are made to order, so 6-8 weeks wait.
