A call for help from a confused woman
I have had three quotes back for our house, kitchen, bathroom, laundry and quite a few cabinets to be made and the price difference between some is $ 20 K which is HUGE ! ?? YES ?
They have all used slightly different products and I am wondering if someone in the know or industry can explain which is better and which should be costing more .....I am totally confused !
Cleaf - One Cabinet maker told me it was fairly new and he could use it for the areas where I wanted a "wood look "( book shelf and cabinets in the study.)
Laminex Natural Timber Veneer - The most expensive quote came in using this for all the cabinetry work
Urban Teak Timber Veneer - I only wanted this in the bathroom cupboards and was told it was expensive option.
Wilsonart Brazilwood- this was another option suggested by one of the cabinet makers , is this a cheaper product than the Cleaf ? WOULD this look as good as the Laminex Natural Timber Veneer.
Basically at the end of the day I want my cabinets in my study, lounge, and play room to be made with the most cost effective product that looks the most like real wood ...any ideas please are welcome.
If you have used any of these products I would love to hear feed back or see any pictures.
Cheers
