Hi
We are currently looking at getting one of the Fisher & Paykel Dishdrawers - the wider one at 900mm. I was wondering if there is anyone reading this that has used one or heard good/bad reports on them.
Thanks

Fisher & Paykel dishdrawers in general don't always get great reviews but we have a double dish drawer now that is nearly 10 years old (I think) We have never had a problem with it and love it. We don't use the bottom drawer very often and thought the idea of having a single slightly bigger drawer will be perfect. We are paying for an extended warranty through the store just in case!!! Re: Fisher & Paykel DishDrawer DD90SDFTX2 - Reviews??? 3Aug 28, 2012 7:14 pm I have a 600mm single draw which is 6yrs old & its never had to be serviced, I am building a new home & I am putting another one in the new place. I am going to install a 600mm tall one this time as sometimes you may want to put some cookware in there & the height would be good option. Personally I wouldn't buy anything else, so easy to pack & unpack with no bending. Re: Fisher & Paykel DishDrawer DD90SDFTX2 - Reviews??? 4Aug 28, 2012 10:26 pm We put a F&P double drawer dishwasher into our office kitchen a couple of years ago - sorry I'm not sure of the model number. We do run both drawers at least once/day, but I am on best buddy terms with the repairman! He must have been out to fix it 5 or 6 times in the last 12 months. He has told me that they're terrible machines and that he would only ever buy Asko or Bosch for his own use. Re: Fisher & Paykel DishDrawer DD90SDFTX2 - Reviews??? 5Aug 28, 2012 10:36 pm Bosh do have a compact model which I looked at recently but decided to stay with a dish draw. Just remember that a dishwasher is an appliance that is known to need a repair more than any other appliance. Cleaning filters is a helpful tip, & I use finish products only.
