I have a single 50cm bowl kitchen sink on a granite countertop (I am no stone expert but I believe it is granite). The sink and tap mixer were installed pretty badly and is due for a replacement.
However, I want a double overmount sink with a drainer. The cabinet is wide enough for a modern 1 & 1/2 sink, but I am concern about:
1) Can I recut the granite to fit the new sink?
2) If I can recut, will the existing cutout be too big to cause a problem.
Or is a complete kitchen countertop overhaul in order? Any renovators or kitchen maker in Sydney that does the whole job as well?
