Browse Forums Kitchen Corner 1 Oct 03, 2011 5:14 pm I would like to install a kitchenette into a space that is about 1.5 metres square. yes tiny I know but I need to get maximum cupboard space. I can install a smaller sink in the space that is under the stairs cause the plumbing runs right past that space and can even have a bench (breakfast bar) that would suffice as a bit of dining space with stools on the other side. So I am just after any space saving suggestions like a slide out pantry and cupboards that go all the way to the ceiling which itself is a bit on the lower side. Anyone got any clever ideas. Thanks Re: smallest kitchen ever 2Oct 03, 2011 6:16 pm Raise the bar stools so you can eat from a bench above the bench. Use the skirting board space as drawers. Shelf under the overhead cupboards. Slide out cutting board from under the bench. Like you said - pull out pantry. Check out upmarket caravan fittings - they can be very clever. Ikea, too. Someone's going to have no clutter! No. It's not original. Circa early to mid 90s would be my guess and maybe even as late as early 2000s 1 6631 2 4672 that will depend on the kitchen bench depth. you'll have to specify it so it allows for both the tap and the sink 1 7392 |
