German kitchens

Anyone had a kitchen made in Germany and shipped over here?
Interesting idea. Why would you do that? If you go with a german style design (Bauhaus comes to mind) you could easily just show the concept to a good cabinet maker in Aussieland and get them to do it for you here.
I have a German kitchen (nobilia/ noblessa) which I bought from here! I completely love it? It is so different and gets loads of compliments. It is carefully thought out and has some awesome features. Where are you? The company I use is here in Perth but they have a shop in Melbourne too! In Germany homes do not come with kitchens. Each new tenant puts kitchens in. So a German kitchen could be anything from ikea ( very popular) to some svhmicky fancy stuff!!!
