Hi - I'm new to this forum. I'm building a new house next year and had decided on pure white for my island bench, however, kitchen place is advising me to choose snow instead as he said pure white is too stark. Has anyone put a pure white caeserstone island in before. My floors will be spotted gum so will throw up a warm shade. My walls will be natural white. Thanks

I was in the same boat with choosing a white stone benchtop as I also have spotted gum flooring and all walls in natural white including cabinetry.
In the end I went with cashmere which looks awsome, totally different to white but glad I did.

Have you had a look at white shimmer, thats what we are going with...a bit of sparkle as our benchtop we have a window splashback and will get morning sun on it.
