This may sound a touch odd, but is there any accepted minimum counter length for a good, family kitchen ? By that I mean do you need at least, say, six metres of counter length for a kitchen (including sinks & stove). Or maybe eight metres ?
Is a "luxury" kitchen defined not only by the quality of the appliances and surfaces, but also by how much counter space you have ?
I'm trying to figure out whether my new kitchen area is too small.
