Windex usually works for me also..but if spray and wipe isn't doing the trick then I doubt windex is. Maybe just warm soapy water? Is the dirt from food or sticky little hands? I used the blue cloth from the Viva Glass and Mirror pack. just with water for the majority. For really tough marks (we have three kids under 5) I used a bit of Windex on the cloth. I know what you mean, all fingerprints and grotty bits show up from my kids, but I use that and dry over with the enjo miracle and they are clean again. These are the white cubes that you can get at the supermarked or your local hardware store. They really are magic. Great for walls, cupboards, stainless steel - almost anything - I even use one to clean the straps on my white thongs!! For best results, wipe down with a clean damp cloth after. You can get it from supermarkets and cheap shops but the best ones are the ones that come in bigger blocks from hardware stores like mitre10. I have used it on so many things, you just dip it in water and rub it where ever you need it. Most people want to throw it out when it gets a bit flat but you can use it untill it dissolves away.
