The question I have is whether there are any tricks to wire kitchen cabinet LED lighting where there may be a gap (from the kitchen canopy rangehood) between cabinets. I would want to wire it so that I only have to turn on one switch but am perplexed how you may be able to do it without drilling into the gyprock and somehow training it through to the other side of the rangehood.
Also typically how do these units work in terms of an on/off switch - do they generally have their own switch or do would you switch them off from a standard powerpoint.
Also I have noticed that the LED lights seem to be much cheaper on ebay than they are in the shops. Has anyone had any experience with the 'cheapy' LED cabinet lighting on ebay such as the one pictured below?
