But, it should be mandatory for all those display homes to display clearly written materials and colours for each major item in the house!! Splasback (glass type and colour range&name, or tile - manufacturer and name&code), and same for the benchtop and cabinets. It's sometimes just a little bit of shade difference that makes all the difference, especially if you change any of the other components in the combination My signature is distracting people from my wise posts ... Re: Pictures of your all white kitchen 36Oct 31, 2010 7:51 am totally agree with you on builder required to state what options/colours are on display.. a little off the topic from kitchens we got a little burnt when we fell in love with a display home based on a large rumpus only to discover when the plans were provided we noticed and then physically measured the display home to find that it was an optional extra that wasn't obvious. I will do the silver kickboard, decided to do vinyl wrap doors, still need to pick which white stone & am getting glass splash back, and going right up behind the range hood to. Someone mentioned it, a family member did the same and it looks awesome. So hard picking colours, I might go over the kitchen thread again Re: Pictures of your all white kitchen 39Nov 29, 2010 1:28 pm XT4V lynne Hi XT4V Your splashback is great, we are currently choosing a similar one, what colour is it please as it is perfect for our all white kitchen too. Thanks g'day lynne, perfect choice! the colour is "Red Box" which is a Dulux paint colour... the glass we used was "Star fire" which was an upgrade over the standard glass they use. As previously mentioned on here, we were going all white (inc white floor tiles) BUT we did our colours and decided on Iron Ore Cupboards (which is a grey colour) with "red box' splash back, and Ospray ceasarstone benchtops Our Acreage Build The Lakeview Lodge - Beechwood Homes 01/04/10 YES 2010 - Deposit paid 23/09 - PCI CANCELLED 28/09 - PCI - will it happen.-18 months later 07/10/11 - ITS OURS..WOOHOO Re: Pictures of your all white kitchen 40Nov 29, 2010 5:07 pm Hi folks - thanks for posting your pics, they look fantastic!! I'm looking at a kitchen reno soon-ish, when the funds will stretch to it and I'm glad to see lots of you have drawers (I'd really like them). Thanks for sharing your photos!! Regardless of wall hung toilet or floor pan toilet your feet will be right on drain, seems to me the waste should not be in that location given the design.
