I am going for a double bowl inset sink BUT it doesn't have a drainer. It is like an undermount in that it has a detachable drainer and chopping board so I can put the drainer of one of the bowls or attach it to the edge of the rim so it sits on the bench like a standard drainer (if that makes sense). When the under-mount sinks started to become popular, they were hard to install and the rate was higher as well. But, our professionals made it easier to install nowadays and the price becomes reasonable to buy one without facing any hassle later on installation.
