if appyling tile with mastic to a wall with textured paint, will it adhere?

I am tiling a whole wall but there is a window and french doors so there is about 60 tiles on the wall. The tiles are actually brick pavers about 1/4" thick.

If you were doing one or 2 maybe. It sounds like you have very heavy tiles there. Mastic is a flexible sealant. I'm not sure what type of weight it can hold in vertical applications. I would email the manufacturer.
