Even the microwave got put into the walk-in pantry so I didn't have to look at it. I wanted my benchtop and of course my gorgy splashback to be the main focus so nothing is out to detract it. I'm with you kyton, don't like clutter on benches, everything has a home in a cupboard or a drawer!!! Me three. My toaster lives in the cupboard too. I wish I had enough room for an appliance cupboard in my new house, but I don't. My hubby is the opposite, he love crap on the benches so it looks lived in! Just more to collect dust I say.
