Cutting Reconstituted Stone. Any tips?

Hi,

I am wanting to recycle my mates reconstituted stone benchtop. However, in order for it to fit in my kitchen, I will need to shorten it.

I have read previous topics concerning the cutting of a granite benchtop, and I was wondering if the equipment and procedure was be the same for reconstituted stone. In particular, the type of cutting blade required, polishing, and any other useful tips.

The reconstituted stone benchtop is "snow" according to my mate, and has a thickness of 40mm of edge

Many thanks

Tom
